Return policy / Warranty
Damaged items must be reported within 3 working days of receipt. All our products come with a 30 days RTB (Return to base) warranty. If you have a problem
with one of our products, please email us before returning, and we will try our upmost to help. If items are sold as ‘fautly’ or ‘sold as seen’, then there is
no return on that item.
None compatible items maybe returned subject to evaluation. Resellable items can be returned for a refund less the postage cost and a 20% restocking fee.
Items of low value may not qualify, please email before returning any goods.
All items are marked for fraud prevention.
Service / delivery times - We use first or second class delivery on our items unless signed for or special delivery option is paid for. We aim to get items posted the
following day from the receipt of payment but please allow upto 3-4 working days for delivery. Special delivery items please allow 2-3 working days.
Delivery prices - UK and International postage prices are stated in each auction in the postage section. Postage cannot be combined as these prices are calculated
to offer you the best price and are not negotiable. Sorry we do not ship to Nigeria or Georgia. We are a mail order only company and collection is not available
We must stress that by bidding on this auction you are excepting the postage cost. Our postage cost include handling as well as shipping.
Free post items - If our auction states free postage, then items will be sent by 1st or 2nd class post with no insurance. If free post items go missing or get damaged,
we will not be held responsible. You do have the option to pay extra for recorded delivery which covers you against lost or broken items caused by the postal service.
Tracking - When your item is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification from eBay. If your item has been sent with insurance a tracking number will be available
3 days after the dispatch date.
Items missing in the post will be replaced / refunded subject to stock, after 14 days (UK), 30 days (INTERNATIONAL) of the dispatch date.
These times are in accordance with Royal Mail.
Items maybe sent via alternative methods should we feel its more effective. Postal strikes and busy periods (i.e.Christmas) may effect delivery times.
